Cambridgeshire Area Golf Union are seeking to recruit a Director of Junior Golf (DoJG)
Following unprecedented recent successes, including reaching the 2024 England County Boys Final, this is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced and enthusiastic junior leader to sustain our development.
Qualities in the role include ability to dedicate time, effective communication skills, knowledge of golf, competent administration, awareness of national/county golf associations, and most importantly generate fun/enjoyment for the junior golfers.
The DoJG will be a member of the CAGU Board of Directors and will be supported by Team Managers (Under 18s, 16s, 14s, and 12s), our PGA coaching team and by guidance from the County Welfare Officer.
