All the professional golfers involved with planning and running coaching sessions for CAGU are PGA qualified. Occasionally, professionals and experts from other areas will be called upon to give help and advice to our squads. The squad coaches also attend the matches/events that the boys compete in, giving the boys access to professional help and advice in a competitive environment.
Cambridgeshire Junior golf coaching is led by Ben Kerr, who is assisted by a team of professionals in Aaron Jones, Jonny Sharkey, Matt Leach, Chris Driscoll, and Dean Fairweather. Boys from each squad will occasionally be selected for older age bands if they have shown excellent commitment, progression, and form. Age is no barrier in CAGU. We feel if the player is good enough, then they are old enough.
